Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator coordinates day-to-day operations of the program, assists with the development and organization of the program, and ensures program compliance. The incumbent acts as a liaison to program constituents, works closely with students, and facilitates collaboration between different schools and units throughout the University.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail
• Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines
• Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion
• Exceptional writing skills
• Strong communication skills
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and events simultaneously
• Proficiency in computer software (i.e. Microsoft Office)
