Job Description
The University of Miami is seeking a Project Manager 1 to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of various projects to ensure successful development, completion, and implementation of department projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Define the scope of projects in conjunction with leadership
- Establish and document comprehensive project plans and timelines
- Monitor the progress of the projects and make adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization
- Ensure all project personnel receive orientation that is appropriate to the project
- Create a communication schedule to update stakeholders on the progress of projects
- Prepare presentations and present status reports for leadership
