Risk Analyst 3

The Risk Analyst 3 serves as a subject matter expert and project lead for risk management initiatives, supervising a team of risk analysts, evaluating organizational vulnerabilities, and advising management on strategic risk mitigation and compliance.

Requirements

• Mentors risk analysts and oversees team projects and workflow
• Performs statistical analysis to quantify risk and forecast outcomes
• Prepares and presents findings to senior management, recommending solutions to minimize risks
• Monitors internal and external risk factors, including regulatory changes
• Supports managers in risk management model construction
• Implements and maintains risk management information systems
• Leads development and administration of risk management programs and policies
• Coordinates hospital-wide programs for quality patient care and risk-free services
• Liaises with attorneys, insurance companies, and individuals for claims and litigation management
• Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets
