Provides health care for individuals in the primary care clinic commensurate with training and in accordance with the general policies and standards of practice, as established by the clinic.
Requirements
- Doctoral Degree (MD, DO,)
- Florida Physician License
- Three years of experience in area of Family Medicine
- Graduation from ACGME Family Medicine Residency Program
- Board certification in Family Medicine
- Current active state and federal DEA license
- Current CPR Certification
