Job Description
The Diabetic Educator will provide direct patient education, assess patients' needs, and teach technical skills for diabetes self-management. The position is temporary and expected to last 6-8 months, supporting the Diabetes department at M Physicians.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse or Registered Dietitian
- Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE)
- BLS certification or certification within orientation period
- 3-5 years of experience as a primary diabetes educator
