Job Description
University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant to deliver care for patients on the University of Minnesota Heart Care team at various clinics and hospitals. The position will provide patients with expert patient care and coordination of services, and assist the practice to improve patient satisfaction and enhance the quality of care provided.
Requirements
- Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Eligible or certified through NCCPA, ANCC or AANP
- Licensed or eligible to acquire a license and prescriptive authority through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice (PAs) or Minnesota APRN license or eligible to acquire a license and prescriptive authority through Minnesota Board of Nursing (NP's)
- Able to meet threshold criteria/qualifications for credentialing and privileges
- Cardiology experience
