Job Description
Patient Representative promotes patient-centered care and maintains a welcoming profile in the clinic, responsible for efficient operation of reception check-in and checkout procedures.
Requirements
- Successful completion of Patient Representative training program and OJT within 5 weeks of hire.
- Knowledge of online scheduling and experience with EMR systems
- Keyboarding skills of 35 wpm.
- Proven experience in customer service
