Job Description
The Pediatric Surgery Scheduling Supervisor will manage surgical scheduling at the specialty level, facilitating communications between service lines and maintaining surgical scheduler team calendars and builds. They will be responsible for day-to-day management of the Pediatric Surgical Scheduler team, providing expertise in system level surgical scheduling planning, and participating in process improvement projects.
Requirements
- High School Degree
- At least two years of office management/service experience
- 3 years’ experience in busy setting service area requiring multi-tasking abilities and exceptional customer service skills
- 2 years supervisory work in a healthcare setting
