RN Triage (Broadway Family Clinic)

University of Minnesota Physicians Broadway Family Medicine Clinic is seeking a RN Triage for a fully benefit eligible position. The role requires 5+ years of Clinical Nursing experience, Associate's Degree in Nursing, and active MN RN License.

Requirements

• Assess the patient and identified actual or potential health, safety or educational needs
• Uses communication strategies to achieve desirable outcomes
• Evaluates care and the patient's response to interventions and expected outcomes
• Facilitates continuity of care through interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination of appropriate health care services
