Job Description
The RN - Clinical Outcomes Coordinator Hospital Based position supports and coordinates hospital-based clinical quality improvement initiatives in patient care units, including inpatient, perioperative, and emergency services. This role requires a Master's degree and one year of experience in healthcare management, quality improvement, or related field, or a Bachelor's degree and three years of experience.
Requirements
- Master's degree plus one year of experience in Healthcare Management, Healthcare Quality Improvement, Case Management, Performance Improvement, direct patient care, or related field
- Bachelor's degree plus three years of experience in Healthcare Management, Healthcare Quality Improvement, Case Management, Performance Improvement, direct patient care, or related field
- Valid RN license
- Six Sigma Green Belt or above certification preferred
