Job Description
The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Administrative Assistant II, UNLV PRACTICE. The position provides administrative and clerical support to the UNLV PRACTICE. Responsibilities include opening/closing the office, ensuring staff coverage, proper functionality of the front office area, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent education
- Two years of clerical and administrative support experience
- Experience in maintaining records and files, preparing materials using a personal computer, assisting customers with forms and applications, and/or performing secretarial duties in support of professional staff
