Job Description
The University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) is seeking an Administrative Assistant 3 for the Provost Office. The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for Provost Unit departments, support financial functions, and provide direct day-to-day management of student employees.
Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent education and three (3) years of progressively responsible relevant work experience
- Initiate accounting transactions in Workday
- Coordinate travel and associated spend authorizations and expense reports related to the unit
- Initiate payroll accounting adjustments
- Plan, coordinate and oversee all payroll/personnel processes for 200+ student employees
