The University of Nevada, Reno is seeking to hire a Club Sports Student Supervisor of Operations for the Fitness & Recreational Sports Department. The Club Sports Student Supervisor of Operations plays a crucial role in the efficient functioning of club sports activities.

Requirements

• Assist in the administration of the club sport scheduling & programming
• Assist in the development and administration club sports policies
• Assist in the semester program assessment and report
• Recruit, hire, and train club sports student support staff
• Manage and organize Pack Life submissions
• Maintain group facility use schedules
• Create invoices for staffing cost for Club Sport home games
• Send monthly emails
• Attend bi-weekly club sports meeting
• Perform daily operational tasks
