APTPUO - Fall 2026 - PED3141 G100 - PLAN, IMPL & ASSMT PART I

The University of Ottawa is seeking a part-time professor to teach a course on Curriculum Planning, Implementation and Assessment Part I. The course is a hybrid format, with 30 in-person instructional hours and 6 online course modules. The professor will be required to have a master's degree in education, with a preference for a PhD. They will also need to have knowledge of the current Ontario Curriculum and Ethical Standards and Standards of Practice of the Ontario College of Teachers.

Requirements

• Masters degree in education required
• PhD degree in Education will be given preference
• Qualification in a field related to teaching in schools in Ontario
• Recent experience in teaching in a school or working in administration of a school board at the Primary/Junior level with specialist qualification related to Curriculum Planning and Assessment
• Current peer-review research file related to Curriculum Planning and Assessment
• Recent PhD comprehensive examinations related to Curriculum Planning and Assessment
