The Common Law Section is seeking a part-time professor to teach the CML2702 course in the 2027 Winter Semester. The course is an introduction to corporate law, covering topics such as legal and fiduciary concepts, types of companies, liability of associates, and more.

Requirements

• LL.B. or J.D. (or equivalent) is required
• Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (or equivalent) is required
• Significant experience in corporate law practice is required
• Previous teaching experience at the university level is an asset

Benefits

• Teaching rate of $239.47 per hour (2024-2025)
