Job Description
The Common Law Section is seeking candidates who are leaders in the legal profession to teach a course on Children and the Law. The course is co-taught and covers various aspects of law affecting children's rights and obligations. The successful candidate will have significant practical experience related to prison law and active membership in the Law Society of Ontario.
Requirements
- LL.B., J.D., or equivalent is required
- Active membership in good standing in the Law Society of Ontario and Lawpro insurance is required
- Significant practical experience related to prison law is required
