This upper year seminar explores issues of professional responsibility and legal ethics related to the practice of law in Canada. The course aims to have advanced engagement and dialogue on a series of discrete topics related to professional responsibility and legal ethics.

Requirements

• Leaders in the legal profession
• LL.B., J.D., or equivalent degree required
• Membership in the Law Society of Ontario (or equivalent) in good standing
• Significant experience related to professional responsibility and legal ethics
• Experience guiding group discussions
• Prior teaching experience considered an asset
