Job Description
The Common Law Section is seeking a part-time professor to teach a course on advanced evidence in criminal law. The course is a seminar that explores the application of the law of evidence in a criminal trial context. The successful candidate will have significant practical experience in evidence law and prior teaching experience is an asset.
Requirements
- LL.B., J.D., or equivalent
- Membership in the Law Society of Ontario in good standing
- Significant practical experience in the area of evidence law, particularly in relation to criminal proceedings
