Job Description
The Student Services Manager position is responsible for managing department activities within the Academic Service Hub, including managing the PhD Recruitment and Advising team, developing program goals and strategies, and resolving problems referred by subordinates or other staff.
Requirements
- Experience in higher education, specifically working with student support services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to strategically plan, develop and implement advising model
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of supervisory experience in student programs and services
