The Assistant Director of Orientation and Family Engagement directs the implementation of new student orientation and transition programs, including Week of Welcome, and supports the online orientation experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years of professional experience required.
- Ability to work evening and weekend hours for multiple orientation and family engagement events and programs.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and identify solutions.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a commitment to high quality results, along with follow-through with responsibilities and communications in a timely manner.
- Strong organizational skills, including effective time management and prioritization capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
