Job Description
The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship in the Sykes College of Business at The University of Tampa invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track, position in business at the rank of Assistant Professor starting in August 2026. The teaching load is three (3) 4-credit hour courses for a total of 12 credit hours per semester.
Requirements
- Ph.D. from an AACSB accredited program, or equivalent, in Management, or a Ph.D. in a closely related business field with published scholarly work in Management
- Expertise in human resources management and a secondary interest in at least one of the following areas: international management, leadership, organizational behavior, organizational development, strategy and innovation, and/or sustainability
- University teaching and applied organizational experience
- Ability to cover a number of different courses taught by the department
