Job Description
The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at The University of Tampa invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position in business starting in August 2026. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in human resources management and one other management subdiscipline.
Requirements
- Ph.D. from an AACSB accredited program, or equivalent, in Management, or a Ph.D. in a closely related business field with published scholarly work in Management
- Ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in human resources management and one other management subdiscipline
- Experience with university teaching and applied organizational experience
- Published scholarly work in Management
- Ability to cover a number of different courses taught by the department
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
