The University's Health and Safety Team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced health and safety professional to further develop their career in a future-focussed University. The role involves helping to ensure the delivery of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Roadmap through direct work with University customers and partners.
Requirements
- A customer-focussed, pragmatic and proactive approach to health and safety.
- A comprehensive understanding of the risks associated with hard and soft facilities management to include construction project management, contractor management, planned maintenance, security, cleaning and catering.
- A thorough knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation, in particular construction safety and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
