Systems Support Specialist

This role will work as part of a small team covering and supporting the ACE Faculty's IT specialist systems and platforms. The role will involve supporting backend IT operations, content development, and application delivery across various programme areas.

Requirements

• Previous knowledge, experience, and competencies within Windows backend operations is essential
• Background and understanding of Mac platforms is desirable
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
