Group Exercise Instructor at The Sports Club responsible for creating and conducting safe and effective exercise routines for members and guests in a group setting.
Requirements
- Nationally accredited group exercise certification or comparable fitness certification
- Exceptional customer service skills
- CPR/AED certification
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Personal and professional fitness experience
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and organize
- Ability to resolve problems calmly, using good judgment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to understand customer service needs and solve them proactively
- Ability to work effectively with managers and co-workers
- Ability to protect confidentiality of clients and coworkers
- Ability to recognize an emergency and follow emergency procedures
