Job Description
The Host role at the Mill Room focuses on providing exceptional guest service through greeting, seating, and handling reservation systems. The ideal candidate will be calm, courteous, and able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. They will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, adhering to Forbes Travel Guide and Four Diamond Service Expectations and assisting other team members as needed.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience.
