Job Description
This Painter position maintains painting, wall repair, and appearance of all facilities. The role involves working with computers, glazing windows, scraping surfaces, cleaning, drywall installation, and assisting the Engineering Crew. It requires contributing to the resort team and handling emergencies.
Requirements
- At least 6 months previous painting experience.
- Knowledge of drywall, plaster, cinder block, and stucco preparation.
- Ability to cut in straight lines.
- Ability to use nine-inch and sixteen-inch rollers.
- Ability to be productive independently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
