Ohio ENT & Allergy Physicians seeks a Clinical Office Lead to supervise clinical staff, manage office operations, and assist physicians with procedures. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and previous clinical experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare office setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience in a dental or pathology office desired.
- Medical Assistant certification/degree and High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
