Job Description
The Marketing Manager leads property-level and portfolio marketing initiatives that drive traffic, conversions, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate blends creative thinking with strong analytical skills and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- 3â6 years of marketing experience in multifamily, student housing, or real estate marketing strongly preferred
- Experience managing digital channels, including paid media, social, email, websites, and ILS platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive decisions
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership
- Experience supporting lease-ups, brand positioning, or portfolio marketing initiatives preferred
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, reputation platforms, and social scheduling tools
- Ability to travel as needed to support communities and major initiatives
