Job Description
As Manager, Investment Performance & Reporting, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and analysis of the performance management, analytics, and reporting functions. Delivering value-added integrated reporting and insights on the Total Fund and Investment department activities, you’ll work as part of a team to meet the internal reporting needs of UPP.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field, is required
- Graduate degree (e.g., MBA, MFin) and/or a professional designation (e.g. CFA, CIPM) is preferred
- 5+ years of investment performance measurement experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- High degree of self-motivation and professionalism
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a time sensitive manner while maintaining quality of work
- Excellent relationship building and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
