Requirements

• 5+ years in payments, fintech, product delivery, or a related field (6+ years for Senior Specialist)
• Solid understanding of online payment mechanisms, including basic payment flows, settlement, notification systems, and API integrations
• Proven experience working closely with engineering teams and actively contributing to technical solution design
• Analytical skillset with proficiency in interpreting data, identifying trends, and using insights to make data-driven decisions
• Collaborative, organized, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders and driving results across various teams
• Excellent ability to communicate complex ideas, translating seamlessly between business needs and technical specifications
