Job Description
Unlimit, a global fintech powerhouse, is seeking a Solution Architect to lead a deep technology transformation. The company is rebuilding its core backend platforms to be AI-native, modular, and cloud-agnostic. This strategic yet execution-driven role involves defining and implementing next-generation architecture that’s scalable, resilient, and designed with real-time AI capabilities, working closely with various teams to shape systems that serve thousands of merchants globally.
Requirements
- 6+ years in architecture roles, ideally in fintech or high-availability distributed systems
- Proven experience designing scalable backends in AWS or hybrid cloud environments
- Hands-on background in backend development, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure (Java, Go, Python preferred)
- Deep understanding of event-driven systems, microservices, CI/CD, observability (Grafana, Prometheus)
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD is strongly preferred
- Previous work with AI/ML pipelines, AI agent integration, or MLOps is a strong plus
- Experience in financial services, payment gateways, acquiring, or digital wallets is a bonus
- Strong stakeholder communication and experience driving system design reviews across teams
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments (LATAM, EU, and APAC teams)
