Team Lead of Web Development (Website & User Interfaces)

Unlimit is a global fintech powerhouse looking for a hands-on Team Lead to head their Web Development team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a development team, deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks, and a strong understanding of web security, performance optimization, and SEO.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Web Development (Frontend-heavy with solid Backend understanding)
• Proven experience leading a development team (3+ people) in a fast-paced environment
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React/Next.js/Angular)
• Solid experience with PHP for backend logic and API integrations
• Strong understanding of web security, performance optimization, and SEO
• Experience with Docker, GitLab CI/CD, and Jira/Confluence
