Field Installation Supervisor

As a Field Installation Supervisor, you will manage a team of technicians and be responsible for installing, programming, and commissioning access control and video products and systems. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-facing attitude, and the ability to work closely with sales and operations departments.

Requirements

• Supervise and manage direct reports assigned
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
• Work independently with very little supervision
• Possess programming skills associated with the UT product line
• Travel as needed, sometimes on short notice
• Identify and resolve issues that would have a negative impact on job productivity
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment
• Communicate activity to the job Project Manager or Program Manager in a timely manner
• Assist the Install team
• Ensure all UT and site-specific safety programs are followed
• Attend product or safety training as required
• Complete performance reviews of the team members
• Assist Program and Project Managers with supervisory duties
• Identify and assess strengths, abilities, and weaknesses of the team
