Requirements

• 1+ years experience in sales, customer support, or a similar role involving high-volume customer interactions
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
