Job Description
Unlocked Potential is expanding to support more of its community with mental health services. The General Mental Health Clinician provides diagnostic assessment and treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and their families. Responsibilities include assessment/intake, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, case management, and related documentation.
Requirements
- Perform assessments to evaluate mental health and behavioral conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Ensure patient rights are protected and provide appropriate interventions
- Keep accurate progress notes for treatment records and billing
- Attend necessary meetings and supervisions
