Associate, Fulfillment

We're on a mission to unjunk the world, starting with our favorite food group: CHOCOLATE. We're seeking a detail-oriented and initiative-driven Associate, Fulfillment to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customer relationships by accurately processing purchase orders, managing order details, and ensuring timely execution from order receipt through shipment release.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service operations or a similar role within Fulfillment, Supply Chain, or Operations (CPG industry experience preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box, assess information, and execute solutions
