Director, Supply Chain Operations

Unreal is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Operations to join their team. This leader will manage Unreal's end-to-end demand-to-delivery network, bridging strategy and execution. The role requires a strategic thinker with 10+ years of CPG supply chain planning and operations experience, including demand planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and fulfillment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in CPG supply chain planning and operations
• Proven experience managing external partners, including co-manufacturers, co-packers, and third-party logistics providers
• Deep experience leading S&OP processes
• Demonstrated people leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
