Requirements
- Current master's degree, ideally in economics, technology, entrepreneurship, or a comparable field.
- First practical experience in the start-up, venture capital, or consulting environment, e.g., through internships or student activities.
- Strong affinity for (Deep-)Tech topics and interest in technology-driven business models.
- Basic understanding of venture capital, fundraising, and the dynamics of growing start-ups.
- Structured, meticulous, and self-responsible work style, as well as pleasure in data-driven work.
- Good communication skills and confident appearance in dealing with different stakeholders.
- Very good knowledge of German and English in speech and writing.
- First experiences in building or maintaining networks or communities are an advantage.
- Familiarity with databases, CRM systems, or research tools is helpful.
- Interest in organizing events, matching formats, or mentoring initiatives is welcome.
