XPRENEURS: Senior Event und Communications Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Senior Event and Communications Manager to join our team at UnternehmerTUM. The role is responsible for planning and executing international pitching and investor networking formats within the framework of a strategically significant, EU-funded mandate.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in managing complex international events with over 100 participants
• Proven experience in negotiating with major event providers, conference organizers, or international platforms
• Completed higher education in communication, public relations, event management, or a related field
• Comprehensive experience in strategic event planning and stakeholder management in the startup, innovation, or investment field
• Sovereign collaboration in international and multi-stakeholder project structures
• Confidence in handling contracts, service-level agreements, and structured vendor negotiations
• Analytical skills and experience in KPI-based reporting
• Proficiency in English (C1/C2) for international coordination and contract negotiations
