The Office Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of facilities, managing inventory, and ensuring supplies are stocked. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in office management, facilities coordination, or corporate/warehouse support
- Strong Microsoft Office computer skills (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong research skills (finding vendors, comparing pricing, sourcing solutions)
- A proactive, âfigure it outâ mindset
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Driverâs license and reliable transportation (you will travel between facilities)
- Ability to lift and carry supplies as needed
