Requirements
- Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, and specifications.
- Programs lathes by entering instructions and setting tool registers.
- Sets-up and verifies lathes and verifies settings.
- Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock.
- Verifies settings by measuring positions and samples.
- Maintains machining operations.
- Maintains data sheets and traceability.
- Documents actions and completing production.
