Job Description
unybrands is seeking a Talent Acquisition and HR Coordinator to join its global People & Culture team. The role involves owning the early-stage recruitment lifecycle for roles across the international organization, as well as serving as the dedicated HR Coordinator for the Berlin office, ensuring all German employment compliance and payroll administration.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, HR coordination, or related work
- Strong interest in end-to-end recruiting and candidate-facing work
- Working knowledge of German employment law, including Arbeitsrecht
- Familiarity with German payroll processes and statutory leave types
- Experience managing or supporting Works Council relationships
- Fluent German and English language skills
