Student Recruitment Officer (Outreach) - External Relations - 81397 - Grade 6

The University of Birmingham is seeking a Student Recruitment Officer to support the outreach and recruitment of students from underrepresented groups. The successful candidate will work with the Outreach team to develop and deliver student recruitment activities, including events and campaigns, to meet recruitment targets across all markets.

Requirements

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent qualification) in a related field
• Previous experience in a relevant role, preferably within a large, complex organisation
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Demonstratable project management skills
• Proven experience in managing relationships and collaborating with colleagues at all levels
• Ability to analyse and interpret data and market research
• Highly organised with strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Experience monitoring of budgets
