Data Analyst sought to monitor customer returns, evaluate customers, and support sales actions in a dynamic environment with a team spirit.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Management
- Professional experience in similar tasks, ideally 3 years
- Excellent use of Excel (Pivot, functions)
- Good knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) software and tools for data extraction and utilization
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Excellent use of ERP (Desirable Softone)
- Excellent use of computer, good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of English
- Ability to coordinate and cooperate with different departments
- Flexibility, consistency, and professionalism in daily communication
- Desire for continuous improvement and learning, with the goal of professional development and role advancement
- Ability to travel
