Job Description
Upgrade is seeking a Product Counsel to provide legal guidance on financial products, advise on risks, and contribute to market development. This role involves building strong relationships, working in a dynamic environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Requirements
- J.D. and Bar membership in good standing
- 5+ years advising financial institutions/fintech companies as a lawyer or in-house legal department
- Experience advising on financial products, particularly consumer loans, deposit accounts and payments
- Experience advising on AI
