Job Description
Upgrade is seeking a hands-on Senior Director, Card Pricing to lead pricing strategy on our Card business team. The role will drive thinking across lifecycle pricing for our card products, develop and implement consistent pricing frameworks, and manage strong controls and documentation. The team will be based in Wilmington, DE or San Francisco, CA office in a hybrid capacity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in consumer finance, consulting, or other data-driven backgrounds
- Deep experience with consumer financial product pricing, particularly credit cards
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel
