Job Description
The Upham’s Community Care Family Nurse Practitioner Residency Training Program is a two-year, full-time residency training program for new graduate nurse practitioners to transition into clinic practice in a structured and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Family Nurse Practitioner with 0-6 months of experience working as a nurse practitioner
- Graduated within the past 24 months from an accredited FNP program
- Credentialed FNP or persons eligible for credentialing by program start date
- Strong desire to practice as a primary care provider in the community health setting
- Spanish and/or Cape Verdean Creole language speakers preferred
- 2+ years of RN experience strongly preferred
Benefits
- Salary range: $92,000-$100,000 based on 1.0 FTE
- Benefits for full-time employees
- 12 months of full-time employment, with a second year as a continued provider at UCC with transitional support
