Job Description
Provide primary medical management for patients, conduct health assessments, and deliver patient education. Conduct physical exams, order and/or perform laboratory and diagnostic tests, and make clinical judgments. Provide consultation and in-service training to other clinical staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an appropriate medical training program in Internal or Family Medicine
- Experience in geriatric medicine preferred
- Current Massachusetts license to practice medicine
- Certified by appropriate medical specialty board, or eligible for certification
- Current controlled substance registration certificate from both the federal government and the state of Massachusetts
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems, particularly Epic
