Implementation Lead (Spain)

We are seeking an Implementation Lead to be responsible for the successful deployment and early adoption of UpHill’s solutions across healthcare organizations in Spain. As a client-facing, high-ownership role, you will take end-to-end responsibility for implementations, acting as the main reference for clients during pilots and initial rollouts.

Requirements

• Experience in implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High ownership and execution mindset
• Comfort in fast-paced startup environments
• Background working with hospitals or digital health solutions
• Good understanding of the Spanish healthcare system (public and/or private)
• Fluency in Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus)
