Job Description
We are seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding and deployment of new clients. The role involves client implementation, delivery, and post-launch stabilization, as well as collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in implementation, product operations, client delivery, or solutions roles within health tech, payer/TPA operations, or healthcare SaaS.
- Strong understanding of payer/TPA operations: eligibility, networks, claims, benefits administration, pricing, utilization management.
- Ability to translate between technical teams (engineering, data) and non-technical client stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with spreadsheets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficient with slide development.
